Formed in 1996, The Property Shop is one of Swindon's longest established independent estate agents. Based in Commercial Road, we specialise in residential sales and lettings throughout Swindon and surrounding area's.

With over 120 year's experience, our team is headed up by the 3 partners, Barrie Brocks, Chris Randall and Jason Parker, together with our specialist lettings consultant, Peter Hall. All our team are Swindon residents and are able to offer expert local knowledge.

All our prospective tenants are interviewed for suitability by our specialist lettings consultant, Peter Hall, who is an ex police officer. Unlike other letting agents, we believe the first person to say yes to your property is not always the best tenant, finding the best and most suitable tenant is our passion.

No sale, No fee policy

As independent estate agents it will cost us money to market your property. If we don't achieve a successful sale or find a tenant we are left with a big bill to pay. Therefore, unlike many other estate agents, you can rest assured that we will only market your property if we are confident of actually achieving a sale or finding a tenant.
